【Sales & Order Policy】
In this page, “order confirmation” refers to the point at which the buyer has confirmed the purchase details and agreement terms, the seller has accepted the order, and payment has been received.
Submitting an inquiry form does not complete a purchase. After confirming the work, price, shipping fee, delivery time, specifications, and payment method, I will contact you individually.
Before purchase, buyers will be asked to agree to a simple purchase confirmation and agreement form.
As a general rule, works available for order are those listed in “Available Works” or works with a displayed price. If you are interested in any other work, please contact me.
In the work list, items marked with ○ are reserved, and items marked with ● are sold.
Displayed prices include the artwork, standard framing, domestic shipping within Japan, and consumption tax.
For shipping outside Japan, an additional international shipping fee will apply. Any customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, or other import-related costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Depending on the country or region, shipping conditions, applicable laws, or other circumstances, shipping may not be available.
For international shipping, unframed orders may also be available due to shipping costs, risk of damage, and packing requirements. The price, shipping fee, and packing method for unframed orders will be provided individually.
Additional charges may apply for optional specifications, including overmat processing.
Payment is required in advance. The payment method, payment deadline, and currency will be provided individually during the purchase confirmation process. Production, framing, and shipping preparation will begin after payment has been received.
Shipping usually takes place within 1–2 months after order confirmation. This may vary depending on production, framing, and shipping conditions.
The work will be signed on the back, and a Certificate of Authenticity will be included. The same applies to unframed orders.
Prices, specifications, sales details, and the contents of this page may change without prior notice. However, after order confirmation, the confirmed terms at that time will apply.
Images posted on this website have been reduced in quality to prevent unauthorized use. The actual work may differ in resolution and color from the images shown online.
【Return / Cancellation Policy】
Because the works are made to order or one-of-one works, returns or cancellations for the buyer’s convenience are generally not accepted after order confirmation.
If the work is damaged during shipping or has an obvious defect, please contact me within 7 days after delivery. After confirming the situation, I will consider an individual response, including repair, reproduction, replacement, or refund.
【Copyright Policy】
Unless otherwise permitted in writing, the copyright of the work is retained by the author, Takato Maniwa. Purchase of the work transfers ownership of the physical work itself to the buyer, but does not transfer copyright.
The buyer may not reproduce, modify, commercially use, publish, use in printed materials, merchandise, mint as an NFT, or otherwise use the work in similar ways without the prior permission of the author.
Private appreciation and non-commercial introductions of the owned work, including posts on social media, may be made without permission. However, please refrain from publishing high-resolution images of the entire work, providing images for commercial use by third parties, or using the work for sales promotion, advertising, merchandising, or similar purposes.
If you have any questions regarding the handling of images of the work, commercial use, exhibition, reposting, or other uses, please contact me in advance.
The Certificate of Authenticity is treated as an integral part of the work. If the work is transferred to another party, the Certificate of Authenticity should be transferred together with the work. The Certificate of Authenticity may not be transferred, sold, reproduced, or modified separately from the work.

【Privacy Policy】
Personal information entered into the form, including name, email address, address, country / region, work of interest, and inquiry details, will be used to respond to inquiries, confirm purchase details, produce and ship works, and keep transaction records.
Emails regarding new works, releases, reservations, Collector List notices, works, exhibitions, sales, and related information will be sent only to those who have agreed to receive them.
For those who agree to receive email updates, their name, email address, purchase history, inquiry history, and related information may be stored as a customer list and used to send the above notices and provide priority information to interested buyers.
Personal information may be provided to service providers such as shipping companies, framing companies, payment processors, and other contractors to the extent necessary for shipping, framing, payment processing, and other business operations.
Email subscriptions can be stopped at any time. To unsubscribe, please follow the method described in the email or contact me by email.
Personal information will be retained after the transaction ends for the period required by law, or for as long as the person wishes to receive email updates.
Personal information will not be provided to third parties without the individual’s consent, except as required by law or when provided to contractors to the extent necessary for business operations.
When using overseas service providers for inquiry reception, email distribution, payment processing, website operation, or other purposes, some personal information may be handled in the country where the service provider is located or where its servers are located. このページには、販売・注文に関する注意事項、返品・キャンセル条件、著作権、特定商取引法に基づく表記、個人情報の取扱いを掲載しています。
【販売・注文に関する注意事項】
本ページにおける「注文確定」とは、購入者が購入内容および同意事項を確認し、販売者が注文を受け付け、代金の入金が確認された時点を指します。
お問い合わせフォームの送信だけでは、購入は成立しません。作品内容、価格、送料、納期、仕様、支払方法を確認したうえで、個別にご連絡いたします。
購入前に、簡易的な購入確認・同意フォームへの同意をお願いしています。
注文できる作品は、原則として「Available Works」に掲載されている作品、または価格が表示されている作品です。その他の作品をご希望の場合はご相談ください。
作品一覧において、○印がついているものは予約済み、●印がついているものは販売済みです。
表示価格には、作品代、通常額装費、日本国内配送費、消費税が含まれます。
日本国外への配送をご希望の場合は、別途海外配送費をいただきます。また、関税、輸入税、通関手数料その他の輸入に関する費用が発生した場合は、購入者の負担となります。
国・地域、配送状況、法令等により、配送できない場合があります。
海外配送の場合、配送費・破損リスク・梱包の都合により、額装なしでの注文も可能です。額装なしの場合の価格、配送費、梱包方法は個別にご案内します。
オーバーマット加工など、通常仕様以外の加工をご希望の場合は、別途料金がかかります。
料金は前払いとなります。支払方法、支払期限、通貨については、購入内容確認時に個別にご案内します。入金確認後に制作・額装・発送準備を進めます。
注文確定から発送まで、通常1〜2ヶ月ほどお時間をいただきます。制作状況、額装、配送状況により前後する場合があります。
作品の背面にはサインを入れ、作品証明書を同封します。額装なしの場合も同様の対応をいたします。
作品の価格、仕様、販売内容、本ページの記載内容は、今後予告なく変更される場合があります。ただし、注文確定後は、確定時点の条件に基づいて対応します。
掲載画像は、無断使用防止のため画質を落としてあります。実物とは解像度・色味が異なる場合があります。
【返品・キャンセルについて】
本作品は受注制作または一点物の作品であるため、注文確定後のお客様都合による返品・キャンセルは原則としてお受けできません。
配送中の破損、または作品の明らかな不備がある場合は、作品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。状況を確認したうえで、修理、再制作、代替対応、返金等を含め、個別に対応を検討いたします。
【著作権について】
作品の著作権は、別途書面による許諾がない限り、作者である真庭敬人に留保されます。作品の購入によって購入者に移転するのは、作品そのものの所有権であり、著作権が譲渡されるものではありません。
購入者は、作者の事前の許諾なく、作品の複製、改変、商業利用、出版、印刷物への使用、グッズ化、NFT化、その他これらに類する利用を行うことはできません。
私的鑑賞、およびSNS等での非営利の所蔵紹介は、許諾なく行うことができます。ただし、作品全体を高解像度で撮影した画像の公開、第三者による商業利用への提供、販売促進・広告・商品化等への利用はお控えください。
作品画像の取扱い、商業利用、展示、転載等について不明な点がある場合は、事前にご相談ください。
作品証明書は作品と一体のものとして扱われます。作品を譲渡する場合、作品証明書もあわせて譲渡してください。作品証明書を作品から分離して譲渡、販売、複製、改変することはできません。

【個人情報の取扱いについて】
フォームに入力された氏名、メールアドレス、住所、国・地域、購入希望作品、お問い合わせ内容等の個人情報は、お問い合わせへの回答、購入内容の確認、作品の制作・発送、取引記録の保管のために使用します。
新作、販売開始、予約受付、Collector List限定案内、作品・展示・販売に関するお知らせ等のメール配信は、希望者にのみ行います。
メール配信を希望された方の氏名、メールアドレス、購入履歴、問い合わせ履歴等は、顧客リストとして保管し、上記案内の送付および購入希望者への優先案内のために使用します。
商品の発送、額装、決済処理その他の業務遂行のため、必要な範囲で配送業者、額装業者、決済代行業者等の業務委託先に個人情報を提供する場合があります。
メール配信は、いつでも停止できます。配信停止を希望される場合は、メール本文に記載された方法、またはお問い合わせ先への連絡により停止できます。
取得した個人情報は、取引終了後、法令に基づく保存義務期間、または案内配信を希望される期間にわたり保管します。
取得した個人情報は、法令に基づく場合、または業務遂行に必要な範囲で業務委託先に提供する場合を除き、本人の同意なく第三者に提供しません。
問い合わせ受付、メール配信、決済処理、サイト運営等に国外のサービス事業者を利用する場合、個人情報の一部が当該サービス事業者の所在国またはサーバー設置国において取り扱われる場合があります。外国における個人情報保護制度に関する情報については、個人情報保護委員会のウェブサイト等をご確認ください。
